My name is Michelle Stencil. I am currently a Transitional Kindergarten Teacher in the Cajon Valley Union School District at W.D. Hall Elementary School. I obtained my California Multiple Subject Credential in January 2019 and completed my Masters of Education with a Specialization in English Language Learner Education through National University in March 2019.
Previously, I graduated from the University of San Diego (USD) in 2016 with a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology and a minor in Theology. Upon graduating, I was accepted into the 2016 San Diego Corps of Teach for America (TFA), an organization that partners with schools to help create an equitable education for all students. I taught preschool at Bobier Elementary School in Vista, CA through Educational Enrichment Systems (EES) for the two year commitment. I currently participate in monthly Teach for America Alumni Council meetings and help lead professional development trainings for current Teach for America Corps members. |
